What will you do :
The ideal candidate will be a highly driven and detail-oriented QA Manager who will lead our Quality Assurance efforts across web and mobile platforms in the fintech/payments domain.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in manual and automation testing, a proven ability to build automation frameworks, strong knowledge of various testing types, and the ability to lead a high-performing QA team.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, stability, and user experience of our digital platforms across UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and related payment systems.
Job Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Testing Ownership : Define, implement, and optimize QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
What are we looking for :
- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on with automation frameworks and open-source tools (Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter).
- Solid knowledge of different testing types functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Experience in digital platform user testing with focus on Fintech/Payments UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTPS is preferred.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Education Qualification : Bachelors degree in software engineering or computer science. Any relevant QA certifications like ISTQB is a plus.
Experience : 12+ years.
Industry : IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech.
Work arrangement : 5 days working from office.
Location : Bengaluru.
