NPST - DevOps Lead - CI/CD Pipeline

Job Summary :

We are looking for a DevOps Lead with deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and automation.

The ideal candidate will lead the development, deployment, and management of scalable, secure, and efficient CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.

This role requires strong collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure rapid, reliable, and automated software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and services

- Define and enforce DevOps best practices, coding standards, and infrastructure guidelines

- Automate the build, test, and deployment processes across environments (dev, staging, production)

- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, including build times, deployment efficiency, and rollback procedures

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and security scans into CI/CD workflows

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for deployment, including AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Implement containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of deployed applications

- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure issues

- Mentor and lead DevOps engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices

- Participate in architecture reviews and provide input on system design for CI/CD automation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering

- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent

- Experience with automation and scripting languages : Python, Bash, Groovy, or similar

- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift

- Experience with infrastructure as code : Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar tools

- Proficiency in cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)

- Strong understanding of version control (Git) and branching strategies

- Experience with security best practices in DevOps pipelines (secret management, vulnerability scanning, etc
