Role :

Full Stack Developer - Team Lead

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization of software products in the Fintech domain.

- Participate in software design activities, contributing to design blueprints and API specifications.

- Engage in full-stack software development using various programming languages and frameworks (frontend and backend).

- Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, performance) with automated regression tests.

- Mentor team members, sharing technical knowledge and supporting development.

- Develop and maintain FinTech web applications using ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and other technologies.

- Manage software deployment across physical and virtualized environments, providing deployment descriptors for CI/CD.

- Create and maintain technical documentation at all levels.

- Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.

- Develop front-end architecture and user interactions, and build back-end applications (servers, databases).

- Design and develop APIs, integrate data storage systems, and address performance bottlenecks.

- Offer technical support for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

- Collaborate with graphic designers on web design features.

- Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical and consumer needs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 6+ years of relevant experience; experience with JEE is a plus.

Primary skills (Must have) :

- .NET Core,React JS/Angular JS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

- Must have team lead experience.

- Must have experience in MERN stack and Dot net.

Secondary skills :

- C++, Java, PHP, Oracle, Smalltalk, HTML, MSSQL.
