Noww - ServiceNow Engineer

Role : ServiceNow Engineer with Agentic AI expertise / Solution Architect.

Immediate joiners to 7 Days.

Experience : Min 5+ Yrs

Location : Remote.

Work mode : Contract 6-12 Months.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via API, ensuring secure data flow and fidelity.

- Work with knowledge management and ticketing modules to enable rich automation and process improvements.

- Develop UI components and application logic to facilitate advanced user workflows within ServiceNow.

- Ensure robust security and authentication using industry best practices (e.g., OAuth, API keys).

- Adhere to and contribute to high standards of application architecture, maintainability, and performance.

- Participate in application submission and publishing processes within the ServiceNow Marketplace.

- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.

Skills :

- Proficiency working with ServiceNow APIs and knowledge management modules.

- Demonstrated ability to independently architect, build, and publish ServiceNow applications.

- Strong grasp of enterprise integration security (OAuth, API keys, etc.) and data protection.

- Familiarity with best practices in enterprise app development, including code quality and scalability.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Prior experience building productivity tools, smart assistants, or workflow automation within enterprise

platforms.

- Experience with ticketing system integrations (e.g., Zendesk or similar platforms).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science/ engineering or equivalent education/ experience.

- ServiceNow.
