Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) Developer with deep expertise in enterprise integration solutions, WebSphere MQ, and ESB architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying complex message flows using ESQL and Java, along with strong administration skills.

Mandatory Skills :

- WebSphere MQ (WMQ) 5+ years

- WebSphere ESB Architecture and Design

- Java (within IIB/ESB context)

- ESQL programming

- Hands-on experience with IIB nodes :

1. MQ Input, MQ Output, MQ Get, MQ Reply

2. SOAPInput, SOAPRequest, HTTP

3. FileInput, FileOutput

4. Database, Compute

5. Aggregation (Fanout and Fanin)

- Trace, Registry Lookup, EndpointLookup, Timer, Java Compute

- Web Services (SOAP & REST) :

1. WSDL, XML, XSD, JSON

2. BAR file creation and deployment (Linux/Windows environments)

- IIB Runtime Administration :

1. Command line, Web UI, API

2. Backup and restoration of integration nodes

- Workload management, recording/replaying message flow

- File-based security configuration

- SQL Basic to Intermediate working knowledge (Oracle or any RDBMS)

- End-to-end project lifecycle experience

- Client coordination and communication skills

- Onsite-offshore collaboration experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain message flows using ESQL and Java for business-critical systems.

- Develop integrations using SOAP, REST, and WebSphere MQ.

- Create and deploy BAR files across Linux and Windows environments.

- Work with IIB nodes like :

1. MQInput, MQOutput, MQGet, MQReply

2. SOAPInput, SOAPRequest, HTTPInput, HTTPRequest

3. FileInput, FileOutput, Database, Compute

4. Aggregation (Fan-out, Fan-in), Timer, Trace, Java Compute

- Handle runtime administration tasks including :

- Integration node setup and configuration

- Security configurations (file-based)

- Monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting message flows

- Performance tuning and workload management

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure timely project deliveries.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to solution design discussions.
