Job Description - QA Lead (Digital Agency / E-commerce / CMS)

Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience : 6-8 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 7 Days

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage QA delivery for assigned web and mobile application projects.

- Perform manual & automated testing across web, mobile, CMS platforms, and e-commerce systems.

- Conduct cross-browser and device compatibility testing to ensure performance consistency.

- Own SEO validation, Lighthouse audits, Analytics testing, and page optimization checks.

- Create, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer.

- Perform API testing with Postman / REST Assured.

- Validate backend data using SQL queries.

- Prepare test plans, test cases, defect reports, and status updates.

- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to resolve issues.

- Manage and mentor a team of 56 QA resources.

Must-Have Skills :

- 4- 6 years of QA experience in web/mobile applications.

- Strong experience in manual & automation testing (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright).

- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman / REST Assured).

- Good knowledge of SQL for backend validation.

- Strong knowledge of cross-browser/device compatibility testing.

- Experience in SEO testing, Lighthouse audits, and Analytics validation.

- Ability to lead and manage a small QA team.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to CMS platforms (AEM, WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, etc.

- Familiarity with QA management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
