Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end QA process for web and mobile applications.

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Oversee manual and automation testing efforts across the team.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery.

- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards across all projects.

- Mentor and guide junior QA team members.

- Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including test strategies and test summaries.

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the Agile development process.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in QA and software testing.

- Proven experience in leading QA efforts for complex projects.

- Strong knowledge of manual testing, test case design, and defect management.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Postman, etc.) is a plus.

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in fast-paced startup or enterprise environments.

- ISTQB certification or similar is a plus
