Noww - Quality Assurance Engineer - SIP/VoIP Application Testing

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of SIP/VOIP-based applications.

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases.

- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

- Work with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Execute SQL queries for validating test results and data integrity.

- Perform testing in Linux environments, including log analysis and system monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.

- Maintain detailed and well-structured test documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on QA testing experience.

- Solid experience with SIP and VOIP application testing.

- Strong proficiency in Linux systems.

- Experience in PostgreSQL and ability to write complex SQL queries.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
