Noww - L3 Support Engineer - Python

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers as part of a Nokia VNO support team working 24/7 which includes night shifts. Majority of the work demand supporting Customer with Production Issues during automation of the Network deployment .

Challenging roles of real time debugging of the issue and quick resolution for networks automation

Job Responsibilities :

- Escalate to next level support based on the priority of the issue .

- Understand customer demands and communicate effectively on the nature of the issue and possible

service impact.

Competencies Required :

- Should have end to end working experience in Automation development in cloud native environment.

- Automation using Python, JavaScript.

- Awareness of SQL is an additional advantage.

- Networking knowledge is added advantage.

- Knowledge of Automation using TOSCA, mistral engine.

- OpenShift, Docker, Helm and container technology experience is essential

- Experience troubleshooting cloud-native applications

- Prior experience working in Linux environment is must.
