Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy QA Fresher with a keen interest in AI to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating AI-powered applications and automated workflows. You will collaborate closely with developers to ensure the accuracy, logic, and efficiency of AI agents, moving beyond traditional manual testing into the future of intelligent quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Chatbot & Agent Testing : Manually test and validate chatbot conversation flows, search relevance, and AI-driven outputs.

- Data Validation : Analyze and annotate the decision-making trajectories of AI agents to ensure they are logical, accurate, and aligned with intended outcomes.

- Test Execution : Develop and execute manual and basic automated test cases for web and AI-based applications.

- Bug Reporting : Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and edge cases in AI tools using tools like JIRA.

- Regression Testing : Perform thorough regression testing to ensure AI models and code changes do not break existing functionality.

- Prompt Evaluation : Evaluate GenAI model performance and assist in prompt engineering to improve AI responses.

- Documentation : Maintain clear documentation of test results and AI performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BSc in Computer Science or a related field.

- AI Exposure : Basic understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, Chatbots) and eagerness to learn modern QA techniques.

- Testing Basics : Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

- Technical Tools : Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman) and database tools (SQL).

- Programming Basics : Basic knowledge of Python or Java is a plus.

- Soft Skills : Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus) :

- Experience with test automation tools.

- Familiarity with AI platforms or frameworks (LangChain, vector DBs).

- Hands-on experience with side projects involving AI agents, chatbots, or scripts.
