Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Finacle CBS and CRM functionalities.

- Conduct manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and ensure system behavior aligns with business requirements.

- Leverage automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) to automate repetitive test cases and improve test efficiency (experience with a plus, but not mandatory).

- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and report them using a bug tracking system.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and verify bug fixes.

- Participate in code reviews to identify potential functional defects early in the development cycle.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Finacle features and functionalities.

- Maintain clear and concise test documentation for future reference.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA processes.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on functional testing.

- A strong understanding of Finacle CBS and CRM functionalities is highly desirable.

- Ability to test the functionalities with Finacle Integrator (FI) and understanding of APIs involved.

- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, exploratory testing)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Experience with test automation frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Java).

- Experience with SQL queries for data manipulation and validation is a plus.
