What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities) :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- End-to-End Development : Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust full-stack applications using Golang for backend systems and React.js for frontend interfaces.

- System Architecture : Architect, scale, and maintain highly available, low-latency microservices-based distributed systems.

- Production Reliability : Own application performance, scalability, security, and production reliability. Drive optimization initiatives to handle high-throughput traffic.

Team Management & Delivery :

- Mentorship : Guide and mentor a team of 10 to 15 software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and code quality.

- Agile Execution : Drive sprint planning, estimate timelines, assign tasks, and run daily standups to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product Management, QA, and DevOps teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary technical point of contact, effectively translating complex technical challenges into clear business updates for leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Experience : 8 to 10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or team management role.

- Backend Expertise : Deep, production-level expertise in Golang, including concurrency patterns, profiling, and microservices design.

- Frontend Expertise : Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem, with a solid understanding of state management, component lifecycle, and web performance optimization.

- Infrastructure Savvy : Proven experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Data Modeling : Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), alongside caching strategies using Redis.

- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations
