TECHNICAL SKILLS :

- JavaScript Frameworks : Proficient in Angular, React, or Vue.js, with experience in state management (Redux, NgRx).

- RESTful APIs & GraphQL : Experience with efficient data fetching using REST and GraphQL.

- Authentication & Security : Familiar with OAuth, JWT, and secure session management.

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) : Expertise in semantic HTML5, modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox), and advanced JavaScript.

- Responsive Design : Strong understanding of responsive and cross-browser design, using tools like BrowserStack.

- Version Control & Build Tools : Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools, Webpack, Gulp, npm, and Yarn.

- Performance Tuning : Knowledge of optimizations like lazy loading, code splitting, and Lighthouse audits.

- Debugging : Proficient in Chrome DevTools, Firefox Developer Edition, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES :

- Up to 6+ years of proven experience as a software developer or in a similar role

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

- Performance Optimization : Optimize front-end performance, focusing on SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.

- Progressive Web Apps (PWA) & SSR : Expertise in PWA development and server-side rendering (SSR) for enhanced UX and performance.

- Team Management : Mentor junior developers and foster collaboration within the team.

- Project Ownership : Lead full development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outputs.

- Technical Decision-Making : Choose appropriate tech stacks and manage technical debt.

- Relevant certifications in Java and Python programming are advantageous

ADVANCED CONCEPTS :

- SSR & SSG : Experience with frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.

- Component-Based Architecture : Designing scalable, reusable components.

- GraphQL : Expertise in optimized data fetching.

LEADERSHIP & SOFTSKILLS :

- Code Reviews : Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.

- Mentorship : Guide and support junior developers.
