Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at NOMISO, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing the product strategy for our core financial platforms.
You will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to translate market needs and customer feedback into compelling product roadmaps.
Your primary focus will be on driving product innovation, ensuring market competitiveness, and maximizing the impact of our solutions on our clients' business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet customer needs and emerging trends in the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource availability.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases and enhancements, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive product adoption and usage through effective communication, training, and support materials.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute successful product strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in roadmap planning, prioritization, and backlog management.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its evolving technology landscape.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for software products.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in Product Management.
