Role Description :

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Backend Microservices Developer with 46 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Microservices Architecture, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.

The role involves building high-performance backend services, integrating enterprise applications, supporting cloud deployments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.

- Build and deploy microservices following modern architecture principles.

- Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.

- Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.

Database & Integration :

- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, schemas, and queries.

- Integrate backend services with third-party APIs and enterprise systems.

- Ensure secure and efficient communication between distributed services.

- Perform database optimization and query performance tuning.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS services including EC2, Lambda, and S3.

- Work with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker for containerized deployments.

- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.

- Participate in deployment automation and release management activities.

Quality & Collaboration :

- Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Document technical solutions, architecture, and deployment procedures.

- Quickly learn new technologies and share knowledge across the team.

- Collaborate effectively with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
