Role :

As a Data Scientist at NoBroker.com, you will play a crucial role in advancing ConvoZen.AI.

You'll work with a dedicated team to develop and enhance our conversational AI capabilities, applying NLP, LLMs, and other machine learning techniques to create impactful solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work with modern tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop Conversational AI Models : Build and refine NLP and LLM models to enhance ConvoZen.AI's ability to derive insights from customer conversations using modern frameworks.

- Fine-Tuning LLMs : Engage in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to improve their performance on specific tasks, leveraging techniques like transfer learning and domain adaptation.

- Deploy and Monitor Models : Implement and maintain NLP models in production environments, ensuring they perform reliably and efficiently.

- Utilize deployment tools and best practices to streamline this process.

- Collaborate with Data Science & ML Team : Work closely with the team to tackle large-scale data problems and ensure solutions are production-ready.

- End-to-End AI System Development : Engage in the full development cycle of AI systems, from ETL processes to production deployment, with a focus on conversational AI.

- Consumer and Enterprise Applications : Develop applications for speech and language models that serve both consumer and enterprise needs, leveraging ConvoZen.AI.

- Model Maintenance and Enhancement : Participate in the validation, monitoring, and maintenance of existing ML models and heuristic algorithms in production.

- ML Lifecycle Management : Oversee the ML lifecycle from experimentation and analysis to modeling and productionizing relevant workloads.

- Project Planning and Execution : Plan, develop, and execute team projects focused on both research and development, with an emphasis on conversational AI.

- Infrastructure Development : Enhance our ML infrastructure, ensuring robust support for training and inference stages.

- Automation and Smart Solutions : Partner with multiple teams to develop automation engines and smart solutions, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in sales and operations.

Qualifications :

- Engineering background with strong mathematical and programming skills in C++ and Python.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning.

- Proven track record in Analytics, Machine Learning, and Computer Sciences.

- Experience in building and deploying large-scale ML models, particularly in NLP, ASR & Computer Vision.

- Deep understanding and passion for NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI technologies.

- Proficiency in Python, databases, and Linux environments.

- Expertise in modern ML frameworks and tools like PyTorch, vLLM, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to communicate results effectively across teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
