Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Techno-functional Lead (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud aka SAP Cloud ERP), located in Bengaluru or Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing SAP Cloud ERP solutions.

Responsibilities include SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, specializing in Professional Services business processes such as Projects and Time Entries, as well as Record to Report (R2R) and basic Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. Alongside strong functional knowledge, familiarity with BTP platforms and SAP ALM concepts is crucial for comprehensive SAP environment management.

Candidate should be able to offer consulting expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system functionality. The role also requires problem-solving, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud aka SAP Cloud ERP, including configuration (Finance or Project System modules) and support.

- Experience in managing SAP Master Data to ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Experience in driving reporting, data model for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects including SAP Datasphere experinece is a plus

- Strong understanding of Business Processes and the ability to map them to SAP solutions

- SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP exposure is a strong plus

- Ability to troubleshoot issues and guide team members is a strong plus

- 3+ years of work experience with SAP S/4HANA
