As a Senior UI/UX Designer at NMG Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products' user experiences. Key Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience in designing international standard websites and mobile apps.

- Should have knowledge of UI/ UX processes.

- Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / XD, Sketch & FIGMA tool

- Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Adobe Premiere / After Effects

- Extensive experience in mobile app designing.

- High End Design & UI abilities for International Clients

- Should be Proficient in any Wireframing tools e.g., Axure or Balsamiq

- Good communication skills and will be able to handle client communication.

- Design Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and expertise to deliver world-class user interfaces.

- User-Cantered Design : Drive user-cantered design processes, including user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.

- Design Strategy : Develop and execute a cohesive design strategy that aligns with clients project vision and business objectives.

- Prototyping : Create interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

- Quality Assurance : Maintain design quality and consistency across all platforms, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.

- Communication : Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, promoting a deep understanding of design decisions.

- Stay Current : Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in UI/UX design

Preferred Skills :

- Any degree or Diploma in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.

- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring design teams.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel-perfect designs.
