Technical Project Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW :

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Delivery :

- Use Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project needs.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management :

- Set clear expectations, manage feedback loops, and handle change requests effectively.

- Translate technical details into client-friendly updates and vice versa.

Team Leadership & Coordination :

- Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

- Proactively identify and remove blockers, motivate team members, and ensure productivity.

Technical Oversight :

- Leverage your own coding background to understand technical complexities, review estimates, and validate deliverables.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Track delivery metrics (burn-down charts, velocity, quality metrics) and provide regular status updates to leadership.

- Location : Golf Course Road, Sector -43, Gurugram (Work from Office)

- Experience : 7+ years as a Project Manager Web & Mobile Applications

Required Qualifications :

- 34 years of project management experience in a software services company.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end mobile and web app projects for multiple clients.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and QA processes.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.
