ROLE OVERVIEW :

- As a Senior UI/UX Designer at NMG Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our- products' user experiences.

- You will get a chance to lead a team of designers and work closely- with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs align with our business goals and provide an- exceptional user journey.

- If you are passionate about conceptualizing, designing, and delivering- solutions for various digital delivery platforms including web, mobile and tablet platforms, creating- intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces, and you have a strong track record of leadership- and communication skills, we want to hear from you!.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience in designing international standard websites and mobile apps.

- Should have knowledge of UI/ UX processes.

- Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / XD, Sketch & FIGMA tool.

- Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Adobe Premiere / After Effects.

- Extensive experience in mobile app designing.

- High End Design & UI abilities for International Clients.

- Should be Proficient in any Wireframing tools e.g , Axure or Balsamiq.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Any degree or Diploma in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.

- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring design teams.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel-perfect designs.

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
