Responsibilities :

- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge NLP models using LLMs and other advanced techniques.

- Design and implement scalable solutions for text processing, semantic search, and clinical data extraction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and engineering, to align on project goals and deliverables.

- Lead research and prototyping efforts to integrate the latest advancements in NLP and deep learning.

- Optimize existing NLP pipelines for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years in NLP/AI, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.

- Strong expertise in NLP frameworks.

- Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries.

- Experience with large language models (LLMs) like GPT, PaLM, LLaMA, etc.

- Knowledge of healthcare-specific NLP tasks, such as clinical data extraction or medical coding, is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
