- 3+ years of experience.

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.

- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.

- Create original graphic designs (e. images, sketches, and tables).

- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e. responsiveness).

- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

- Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams.

- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design in order to enhance user experience.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Portfolio of design projects.

- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e. Wireframe. cc and InVision).

- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Good time-management skills.

- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
