Job Responsibilities :

- Assist onshore team in the design and development of program strategies, goals, and objectives.

- Uncover client's key marketing questions, design and recommend analysis to address those questions, and be able to demonstrate the impact of these recommendations.

- Send monthly feature release e-blasts, creating portal support material (video tutorials, FAQ, portal guide), and managing email inquiries.

- Manage OEM Market plans (i.e., Direct Mail, Surveys, and E-blasts etc.)

- Create detailed work plans and timelines to ensure program milestones are achieved.

- Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and improvements.

- Coordinate daily operations of the program, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

- Manage and track program progress, making adjustments to keep the program on schedule.

- Oversee and manage program resources, cross functional teams.

- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders of onshore & offshore team

- Track program performance using key metrics and evaluation tools.

- Prepare and submit reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.

- Prepare and deliver presentations on program activities and results to key stakeholders.

- Ensure the program complies with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.

- Prepare regular reports for senior executives, management and other stakeholders regarding the program's progress and outcomes.

- Facilitate tactical and strategic review meetings with various stakeholders.

- Providing guidance on subject-mazer projects to employees and management teams.

- Identify program risks, track and resolve issues

Qualification & Required Skills :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and MBA preferred but not required

- 3+ Years of experience in end-to-end program management and stakeholder management

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Analytical thinker excellent communication, interpersonal, verbal and written skills.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple priorities/projects.

- Ability to work in onshore & offshore models.

- Automotive Aftermarket industry knowledge preferred but not required.
