We're looking for a Technical Lead who can drive product development end-to-end from architecture and design to deployment and optimization. You'll lead a small but high-impact engineering team, shape our tech roadmap, and play a key role in scaling our platform for the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and backend systems.

- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability.

- Mentor developers and conduct regular code reviews.

- Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.

- Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices to continuously improve our stack.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of full-stack development experience, with proven expertise in building production-grade systems.

- Experience with microservices architecture and API design.

- Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong proficiency in :

- Frontend : React.js, Next.js .

- Backend : Node.js, Express.js, NestJS.

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL.

- Languages : Python, JavaScript.

- Caching/Queueing : Redis.
