The Sr. Tibco Developer is a highly specialized technical role requiring a Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a SOA/Integration software engineer with proven design and development credentials using Tibco products.

This position is critical for driving large-scale integration projects, requiring a Minimum 2 years of exposure to strategic E2E (End-to-End) solution architecture design for the telecom domain.

The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert across the Tibco suite, modern integration patterns (microservices, APIs), and industry-specific standards (TMF models).

Job Summary :

We are seeking an expert Sr. Tibco Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable integration solutions within a telecom environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert across the core TIBCO product suite (EMS, BW, ActiveSpaces), possess strong programming skills (Core Java, JMS), and have hands-on experience with modern architecture including microservices, caching, and API gateways. Command over industry standards like TMF models and defining Canonical Data Models (CDM) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities and Integration Deliverables :

- Tibco Solution Design and Development : Provide proven hands-on design AND development credentials, leveraging deep expertise across the TIBCO product suite including EMS 7.x / 8.x, BW 5.x / 6.x, ActiveSpaces, APIX, and Adapters / SDK.

- End-to-End Solution Architecture : Apply Minimum 2 years of exposure to strategic E2E solution architecture design specifically for complex telecom domain integration challenges.

- Architecture and Protocols : Design and implement solutions utilizing application/internet gateways, microservices patterns, and best practices for asynchronous communication using JMS (Java Message Service).

- Programming and Data : Utilize core Java programming skills for custom components and extensions. Write and optimize complex queries using Oracle SQL for data integration layers.

- Standards and Modeling : Demonstrate Command over defining CDM (Canonical Data Models) and implementing TMF (Telecom Management Forum) models (e.g., SID, eTOM) to ensure industry-standard data and process alignment.

- Performance and Security : Implement and optimize solutions using caching techniques to enhance throughput and reduce latency. Ensure security compliance by applying relevant encryption standards and integrating security best practices throughout the integration layer.

- Technology Leadership : Act as a technical mentor and lead for complex integration workstreams, ensuring adherence to architectural governance and quality standards.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a SOA/Integration software engineer with Tibco.

- Domain Exposure : Minimum 2 years of exposure to strategic E2E solution architecture design for telecom domain.

- Tibco Expertise : Expert on TIBCO products including EMS 7.x / 8.x, BW 5.x / 6.x, ActiveSpaces, APIX, and Adapters / SDK.

- Core Technologies : Expert with core Java programming, JMS, and Oracle SQL.

- Architecture : Strong knowledge of application/internet gateways, microservices, and caching techniques.

- Standards : Command over defining CDM and implementing TMF models.

- Security : Knowledge of encryption standards and implementing security best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Tibco deployments.

- Hands-on experience with cloud migration strategies for integration platforms.

- Familiarity with API Management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Mulesoft API Manager).

- Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed transaction management.
