Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview :

The Senior Salesforce Developer is a high-impact technical role requiring 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on complex customization, integrations, and automation within the platform.

The position demands expertise in the entire Salesforce development stack (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and is highly desirable for candidates with proven experience in AgentForce or similar field service management solutions.

The incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable solutions for logistics, field operations, and workforce management.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in architecting and implementing robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs, coupled with expertise in declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder). Critical responsibilities include designing custom data models, managing complex integrations (REST/SOAP), and ensuring secure, high-quality development following Agile and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities and Development Deliverables :

- Customization and Development : Utilize Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design and develop highly customized, scalable, and reusable components and features.

- Declarative Automation : Implement complex business logic using the platform's declarative automation tools, including workflows, process builder, and flows, ensuring maintainability and adherence to best practices.

- Integration Expertise : Hands-on experience with integration tools is required, including building and managing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, or leveraging middleware platforms for high-volume data exchange.

- Data and Solution Design : Contribute to Salesforce data model design, ensuring optimal data structures, performance, and scalability. Provide technical leadership in designing end-to-end solutions.

- Field Service Management : Apply Proven experience working with AgentForce or similar field service management solutions to customize Salesforce for specific logistics, field operations, or workforce management requirements.

- Security and Governance : Implement and manage complex data access controls by configuring Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permissions to meet regulatory and business needs.

- SDLC and DevOps : Adhere to the software development life cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies. Utilize version control tools such as Git and contribute to CI/CD processes.

- Problem Solving and Communication : Leverage Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on customization, integrations, and automation.

- Core Languages : Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- APIs & Integration : Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and integration via REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, or middleware platforms.

- Declarative Tools : Experience with Salesforce data model design, workflows, process builder, and flows.

- Source Control : Experience with version control tools such as Git.

- Methodology : Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications : Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).

- Domain Experience : Experience in customizing Salesforce for logistics, field operations, or workforce management.

- Advanced Tools : Exposure to Salesforce DX, automated testing frameworks, or establishing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
