Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to work on critical enterprise applications. You will be instrumental in developing robust backend services using Spring Boot and Java, building responsive user interfaces with ReactJS, and ensuring seamless API integration. This role operates within an Agile POD-based model, requiring expertise across the full stack, from microservices to modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Build high-performance RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Java.

- Implement and contribute to a scalable microservices architecture.

- Work extensively with various databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

- Integrate with messaging queues like Kafka and RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication.

Frontend Development :

- Develop intuitive and seamless user interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Redux.

- Ensure robust API integration between frontend and backend services, focusing on performance optimization.

DevOps & Deployment :

- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for efficient application deployments and container orchestration.

- Integrate development workflows with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

Collaboration & Agile :

- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Write clean, maintainable code and comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills

- Backend : Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and JPA/Hibernate.

- Frontend : Expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.

- Databases : Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

- DevOps : Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Messaging/Caching : Familiarity with Kafka and Redis.

- Agile Tools : Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with GCP or other major cloud platforms.

- Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

- Strong problem-solving and independent working skills.
