Nisum - Manhattan Developer

We are looking for a skilled Manhattan WMS/OMS Extension Developer to design, build, and enhance custom extensions on both legacy and Manhattan Active platforms. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Java/Spring-based development, hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS/DOM and/or MAWM/MAO, and a strong understanding of warehouse and order management system functionality. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional Agile teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom extensions and enhancements in Manhattan WMS/OMS platforms (WMOS/DOM and/or MAWM/MAO).

- Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, and Kafka.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and product owners in Agile sprints to deliver high-quality functionality.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Participate in design and code reviews; provide technical leadership when needed.

- Support documentation efforts related to development and system configuration.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with Manhattan WMS or OMS (WMOS, DOM, MAWM, or MAO).

- Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Framework, and Oracle/PL-SQL.

- Experience with MOCA, SCI, and customization of Manhattan solutions.

- Proven track record of delivering Manhattan extensions/customizations in production.

- Experience with external system integrations (REST/SOAP, MQ, Kafka).

- Familiarity with Manhattan Active products and cloud-based deployment models.

- Understanding of cloud fundamentals (AWS or GCP).

- Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with integration platforms or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Manhattan certification(s) is a plus.
