- Design, develop, and support integrations using IBM WebMethods (Cloud SaaS preferred).

- Build and manage APIs, messaging, and integration workflows.

- Lead end-to-end integration development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

- Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and scalability standards.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of integration development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM WebMethods (Integration Server, Designer, Broker/Messaging).

- Experience with IBM WebMethods Cloud / SaaS version strongly preferred.

- Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), EDI, messaging, and middleware concepts.

- Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid integration architectures.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Strong hands-on expertise in IBM WebMethods Integration Server and messaging.

- Experience implementing WebMethods platforms from scratch.

- Architecture and performance design experience in high-volume integrations.

- Familiarity with API exposure, security, and CI/CD integration.
