What's the role all about?

NiCE Actimize is currently seeking a Business Analysis Manager to join our Professional Services team at the Global Talent Center in Pune, India. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in implementing complex on-premise and hosted SaaS Actimize solutions. You'll lead a high-performing team of business analysts delivering compliance, risk management, and financial crime solutions to Financial Institution (FI) clients.

How will you make an impact?

- Lead the BA practices and BA professionals within Professional Services portfolio.

- Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and support the implementation of NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solutions.

- Custodian of BA best practices and processes; embed these practices with the BA team.

- Provide on-going support for BAs in project teams where necessary to improve BA activities and the quality of business analysis deliverables.

- Plan and closely monitor business analysis activities of all BAs.

- Ensure both business and system requirements are well analyzed, modeled and documented.

- Assist project teams in prioritizing, balancing and managing BA work to ensure sufficient requirements are ready for delivery.

- Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.

- Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes because of system or application changes.

- Evaluate effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required.

- Coaching and training programs for the BA team.

What we're looking for :

- 15 years of IT experience of which 10 years in a BA role with minimum 3 years' leading a BA Team.

- Working knowledge of payment systems and payment journeys across different regions and payment methods globally, such as domestic and international payments, real-time payments, SEPA, SWIFT/Wire, and other payment rails.

- Familiar with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience of working in BFS domain.

- Experience in Fraud detection is a must.

- Should be comfortable understanding code and writing SQL queries.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze, model and communicate complex business requirements.

- Proven ability to deal with ambiguous situations.

- Experienced in building best practices, initiating, and successfully managing business process improvement initiatives to completion.

- Experienced in innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and project delivery.
