Domain : Insurance (Preferred but not mandatory)

Location : Pune/Nagpur

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Snowflake

- Lead end-to-end Snowflake implementations including data modeling, performance optimization, and cost optimization

- Drive data migration and modernization initiatives from legacy/on-prem data warehouses to Snowflake

- Define data architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices

- Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are implemented and maintained

- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions

- Mentor team members and provide architectural and technical guidance

- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and client discussions

- Stay updated with evolving Snowflake features, cloud technologies, and industry trends

Required Skills :

- 8-12 years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, or Analytics

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture and implementation

- Experience in data migration projects to Snowflake

- Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning

- Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Matillion, Talend, or similar

- Experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Good to Have :

- Snowflake Certification

- Experience with Python, Spark, or Databricks

- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for data platforms
