NICE - Senior Specialist Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and software projects from initiation through implementation and closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and execution plans.

- Coordinate with engineering, product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams to drive project execution.

- Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation plans.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.

- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to prioritize deliverables and manage project timelines.

- Monitor project status, resource requirements, delivery metrics, and key milestones.

- Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure timely resolution of technical and operational blockers.

- Drive release planning and coordinate with engineering and QA teams to support successful production deployments.

- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and executive-level updates.

- Establish and monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and adherence to agreed SLAs.

- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, engineering workflows, and operational efficiency.

- Communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies clearly to senior stakeholders.

- Support change management and ensure changes to scope, timelines, and deliverables are appropriately assessed and documented.

- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, engineering standards, security requirements, and quality practices.

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience managing projects involving software engineering, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, or digital products.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, application releases, and software deployment processes.

- Exposure to API-based integrations, microservices, databases, and enterprise technology environments.

- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance.

- Ability to interpret technical requirements and effectively communicate with engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience working in technology/software product organizations.

- Experience managing projects involving AI/ML, cloud, SaaS, customer experience platforms, financial crime technology, or enterprise software is an advantage.

- Experience working with globally distributed engineering and product teams.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification would be an advantage.
