Have you got what it takes?

- Lead and execute end-to-end advanced analytics projects, including data collection, preprocessing, model development, evaluation, and deployment.

- Design and develop predictive and generative models to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets.

- Apply statistical techniques and quantitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

- Translate business problems into analytical solutions in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and domain SMEs.

- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in experimentation, code quality, and documentation.

- Stay current with advancements in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, and recommend innovative approaches.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Masters or Ph.D. preferred.

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.

- Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.

- Strong understanding of ML techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Proven leadership in mentoring and leading cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in finance or banking domains.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML model deployment.

- Contributions to the data science community (e.g., publications, open-source).

- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with vector databases.
