Description :

- Define and own Company's enterprise-wide automation vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.

- Lead large-scale automation programs across RPA, QA automation, intelligent automation, and Agentic AI initiatives.

- Establish automation governance, delivery standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of automation programs with focus on quality, timelines, scalability, and ROI.

- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across business processes, IT operations, and engineering.

- Design and implement Agentic AI architectures enabling autonomous workflows, AI agents, and decision automation.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align automation and AI initiatives with business objectives.

- Lead client engagements as a trusted automation and AI transformation advisor.

- Build, operate, and scale an Automation & Agentic AI Center of Excellence (CoE).

- Mentor and develop automation architects, AI engineers, delivery managers, and technical leads.

- Support pre-sales activities including AI-led solution design, estimations, and proposal reviews.

- Drive adoption of LLM-powered automation, orchestration platforms, and enterprise AI agents.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 8+ years in automation, RPA, AI automation, or digital transformation leadership roles.

- Strong expertise in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.

- Proven experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions, autonomous AI workflows, or multi-agent systems.

- Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, prompt orchestration, and AI workflow frameworks.

- Extensive experience with test automation frameworks including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.

- Hands-on experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, legacy systems).

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

- Experience integrating automation with GenAI platforms, APIs, and enterprise data ecosystems.

- Proven experience leading large, distributed teams and multi-vendor delivery models.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Agentic AI platforms, Generative AI, hyper automation, and cognitive automation.

- Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration platforms.

- Experience with cloud-native AI and automation on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Automation, Agile, PMP, SAFe, or AI certifications.

- Background in consulting, managed services, or global delivery organizations.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.

- A Masters degree or advanced leadership certifications will be an added advantage.
