Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Writer who will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to create clear, structured, and engaging documentation for our products and platforms.

You dont need to be an expert in biology, pharma, or data science, but you should be curious and comfortable learning technical concepts and terminology used in biomedical technology. Your work will play a key role in ensuring that complex product capabilities are communicated effectively to internal teams, partners, and external users. Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to ask the right questions will help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to document product features, workflows, and platform capabilities

- Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, API documentation, and internal knowledge base content

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation

- Develop documentation for both internal stakeholders and external users

- Maintain documentation standards, structure, and version control

- Create tutorials, walkthroughs, and video-based documentation when needed

- Manage multiple documentation projects in parallel and ensure timely delivery

Desired Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Technical Writing, preferably in SaaS or product-based companies

- Strong writing, editing, and information-structuring skills

- Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams

- Ability to create product documentation, release notes, blogs, and internal process documentation

- Familiarity with open-source documentation tools such as Markdown and HTML

- Experience or interest in creating video-based tutorials and documentation

- Ability to multitask and deliver multiple documentation outputs in parallel

- Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced startup culture

- Background in healthcare/biotechnology is a plus but not mandatory
