Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) Consultant to join our delivery team in a Senior Developer capacity. The ideal candidate will take ownership of design, development, and delivery of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions with minimal supervision. The role involves working across implementation projects, enhancements, and BAU support, delivering scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Mandatory / Primary Skills :

- SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud

- Hybris versions 2205 and above

- Java, Spring Framework

- RESTful APIs / OCC Web Services

- Solr Search & Indexing

- eCommerce domain expertise

Key Technical Competencies :

SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) :

- Strong understanding of SAP Hybris architecture, core concepts, and extension-based development

- Hands-on development experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2)

- Experience working on product management, order management, and content management modules

- Strong customization experience in :

1. Product catalog and classification

2. Pricing, promotions, and discounts

3. Inventory, stock, and availability

4. Backoffice configuration and customization

Search & Performance :

- In-depth knowledge of Solr configuration, indexing strategies, and search optimization

- Performance tuning and troubleshooting of search-related issues

Integration & APIs :

- Strong hands-on experience with OCC Web Services and RESTful API development

- Experience integrating SAP Commerce with :

1. External systems (ERP, OMS, PIM, CRM, Payment Gateways)

2. SDK-based integrations (preferred)

- Knowledge of integration patterns and asynchronous processing

Frontend & UI Integration :

- Experience integrating SAP Commerce with modern UI frameworks such as :

1. Spartacus

2. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

3. Custom UI/UX solutions

- Basic working knowledge of Spartacus architecture and components (preferred)

Marketing & Commerce Features :

- Good understanding of Hybris marketing and personalization concepts

- Experience implementing promotions, vouchers, and campaign-based pricing

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as a Senior SAP Hybris Developer, owning end-to-end technical delivery with minimal guidance

- Design, develop, and enhance SAP Commerce Cloud solutions following best practices

- Participate in project delivery, enhancements, and BAU activities

- Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and technical design documentation

- Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, QA, and frontend teams

- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required

- Actively engage with customers and stakeholders, focusing on real end-user scenarios
