Role : Senior Data Scientist

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Lead Data Scientist with 5 - 8+ years of experience to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and project management, ensuring scalable and impactful data-driven solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects - from problem definition to production

deployment

- Architect and develop scalable machine learning and deep learning models for real-world

applications

- Drive model deployment and MLOps practices to ensure reliability, scalability, and

performance (deployment experience is mandatory)

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions

- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outcomes

- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation

and learning

- Review model performance, conduct error analysis, and continuously improve solutions

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and evaluate their applicability to

business needs

- Ensure best practices in coding, experimentation, documentation, and version control

Required Skills :

- 5 - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning

- Strong expertise in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn

- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch

- Proven experience in model deployment, MLOps, and production systems

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data modeling

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management

- Experience working with large and complex datasets

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
