Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with strong expertise in Linux systems and AWS Cloud networking to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-native networking, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring, ensuring seamless connectivity across on-premise and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure across on-premises and AWS environments.

- Implement and manage VPCs, subnets, routing tables, security groups, NACLs, and VPNs within AWS.

- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize for reliability and scalability.

- Configure and maintain Linux-based network services (DNS, DHCP, IPtables, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers).

- Ensure security compliance and implement best practices for network access, identity, and encryption.

- Automate networking tasks using Python, Bash, or Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

- Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to deliver seamless deployments and infrastructure resilience.

- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3- 6 years of proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration (networking services, troubleshooting, firewalls).

- Solid understanding of AWS networking concepts (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, PrivateLink, ALB/NLB).

- Proficiency with network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SSL/TLS).

- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and IAM policies.

- Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, or similar).

- Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent).

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
