Next.js Developer - Frontend Technologies

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Next.js Developer who is passionate about building fast, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will play a critical role in the design and development of next-generation solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js and React.js.

- Build server-side rendered (SSR) and statically generated (SSG) pages using Next.js features.

- Implement responsive and adaptive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to understand functional requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Optimize applications for speed, SEO, accessibility, and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring data consistency and security.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply fixes with minimal turnaround time.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and tools in front-end development and Next.js ecosystem.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on Next.js and React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred).

- Deep understanding of Next.js concepts like SSR, SSG, ISR, Routing, Middleware, API Routes, etc.

- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux (or other state management libraries).

- Experience with CSS pre-processors (SASS/LESS) and modern styling tools like Styled Components, Tailwind CSS.

- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, caching, etc.

- Solid experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.

- Knowledge of web security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CORS, etc.).

- Understanding of API integration (REST/GraphQL).
