Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Frontend & Dashboard Development :
- Design, build, and maintain analytics-style dashboards using Next.js and ShadCN UI.
- Develop highly interactive and responsive data visualizations with real-time or large datasets.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into pixel-perfect, functional components.
- Ensure chart components are scalable, maintainable, and well-tested.
2. UI/UX Collaboration :
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, elegant dashboards.
- Maintain design consistency across multiple chart modules.
3. Code Quality & Performance :
- Follow modern frontend best practices, with an emphasis on code cleanliness and performance.
- Write and maintain unit/integration tests for all critical components.
- Optimize rendering, animation, and interaction for high data volumes.
Core Skills :
- Strong proficiency in Next.js including App Router, File-based routing, SSR (Server-side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and API Routes.
- Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React concepts such as Hooks, Context API (Redux optional if you're not using it).
- Experience using Tailwind CSS. Bonus for experience with other frameworks like ShadCN UI.
- Solid experience building interactive data visualizations using libraries like Recharts, Chart.js, Victory, or D3.js.
- Ability to create responsive, real-time dashboards similar to Google Analytics or modern SaaS analytics tools.
- Understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs and how they integrate with frontend logic.
- Comfortable working with Git, GitHub, and project tracking tools like Jira or Trello.
Soft Skills :
- Strong attention to detail and design quality.
- Curious, independent, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Next.js development (excluding internships).
- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E).
