Key Responsibilities :
Workfront Solution Architecture & Configuration :
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, configuration, and administration of Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
- Design custom workflows, request queues, templates, reports, dashboards, and custom forms.
- Define and implement Workfront governance standards, user roles, profiles, and access levels.
Development & Integration :
- Develop integrations with third-party tools and systems using Workfront Fusion or APIs (e.g., Slack, JIRA, Adobe Experience Manager, ServiceNow).
- Create and manage automation scripts, data synchronization processes, and custom plugins/extensions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless system interoperability.
Project Leadership & Collaboration :
- Act as a subject matter expert and technical lead for Workfront implementations and optimizations.
- Work closely with project managers, PMO, marketing, and operations teams to understand workflows and enhance user experiences.
- Lead training, onboarding, and support sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement :
- Monitor system performance and usage to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver long-term fixes.
- Stay updated on Adobe Workfront product enhancements and suggest relevant upgrades or changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of total experience in enterprise project/work management tools.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront configuration, customization, and API integration.
- Deep understanding of project lifecycle management, workflows, and resource planning.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion or integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Boomi).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and webhooks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation and solution design skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Adobe Workfront certification (Core Developer, Admin, or Architect).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Background in marketing operations, creative workflow, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a plus
