- Lead and manage the delivery of web assets within the Medical Affairs portfolio.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including platform and engineering, within different Business Units.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with the guidelines and requirements for the platform ecosystem

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

- Foster a sense of responsibility and accountability within the project team.

- In-depth knowledge of web development processes and technical requirements.

- Understand and address the technical needs around web development to ensure the successful delivery of websites.

- Good to have familiarity with project management software such as Confluence and JIRA

- Good to have knowledge on the web development ecosystem and technologies

- Ability to work based on EST time zone as needed

- Good to have understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
