Basic Information :


- Designation / Job Title : Lead Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst

- Location : Noida B19

- Reporting Manager : DGM

Job Purpose :

To lead business requirements analysis for CLOS/MSME processes by gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and system capabilities through detailed requirement elicitation, solution definition and effective stakeholder collaboration. Involved in end to end Project lifecycle including UAT & Go-Live.

Principal Accountabilities :

Requirements Gathering & Elicitation :


- Conduct detailed discussions with customers to understand their business requirements.


- Analyse functional and domain requirements for CLOS/MSME process.

- Translate business objectives/ policies into clear and actionable requirements.

- Ensure adoption of standard accelerator to the client.

Documentation :


- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD)/ Functional Specification Documents (FSD)/

User Stories.

- Maintain updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Design & Validation :


- Work with technical teams to define feasible and scalable solutions.


- Participate in solution walkthroughs and validations with stakeholders.


SIT/UAT :


- Conduct UAT along with the client and get sign off with mini. changes.

- Ensure least conflict in requirement versus built during UAT.

Stakeholder Management :


- Liaise with sales, pre-sales, management, product and technical teams to ensure alignment.

- Liase with project team to facilitate requirement workshops/ discussions and achieve billing milestones.

- Liaise with various customer stakeholders to avoid escalations.

Change Request Management :


- Document, analyse, and prioritise change requests.

- Update user stories and communicate impact to all stakeholders.

Effort Estimation & Planning Support :


- Provide accurate estimations for requirements and enhancements.


- Support planning and scheduling activities.


Key Performance Indicators :


Value-Added Dashboard Delivery :


- Timely delivery of a value-added dashboard to the customer upon completion of gap study.

Customer Satisfaction :


- Improvement in customer satisfaction measured through MOTs scores and the average performance across Requirement Gathering/ Gap Study, Development, SIT/ UAT and Project Closure stages.

Quality & Timeliness of Document Submission :


Consistent adherence to documentation quality guidelines and timely submission of key documents and artefacts including, but not limited to : -

- BRD/ SRS/ FSD/ User Stories

- End-to-end Process Flow Diagrams (in swimlanes)

- Wireframes

- Field List

- RTM

- Test Scenarios/ Test Cases/ UAT Support

- API Specifications and Data Mapping

- Documents Mapping

- User/ Training Manual

Adherence to Agreed Schedule :


- Maintaining schedule variance within 15% during Gap Study and UAT phases and ensuring on-time Gate 5 delivery against the baseline.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

Educational Qualifications : B. Tech/ BE, MCA or MBA

Relevant Experience : 3 -10 years
