Newgen OmniDocs Consultant - ECM

We are seeking a Newgen OmniDocs Consultant with 5+ years' experience implementing and optimizing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using the Newgen OmniDocs suite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of document lifecycle management, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Newgen OmniDocs ECM solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and design scalable document management workflows using Newgen iBPS.

- Configure OmniDocs modules, including Document Capture, Records Management, and Digital Archival.

- Integrate OmniDocs with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BPM) using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Manage content migration from legacy systems to OmniDocs.

- Provide technical support, training, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of Newgen OmniDocs ECM implementation experience.

- Strong understanding of document-centric workflows and business process automation.

- Hands-on experience with Newgen iBPS, OmniScan, and OmniDocs APIs.

- Proficiency in Java/.NET, SQL, and web services integration.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Newgen OmniDocs certification.

- Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Government domains.

- Exposure to RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
