We're seeking a Generative AI/ML Engineer with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and production-grade AI systems. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop GenAI, ML, NLP, and document-intelligence models.

- Build end-to-end AI pipelines, including data processing, training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring.

- Prototype and transform AI concepts into production-ready features.

- Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.

- Implement LLMs, transformer architectures, and retrieval-based workflows.

- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams.

- Maintain AI infrastructure and manage the model lifecycle.

- Contribute to the product and AI roadmap.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 7 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering.

- Strong Python development skills.

- Hands-on experience with ML, NLP, LLMs, transformers, and generative AI.

- Experience in deploying production-grade AI systems.

- Strong system design and architectural knowledge.

- Ability to work with multiple data formats.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in compliance, legal-tech, or regulatory-tech.

- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.

- MLOps/DevOps experience (CI/CD, containers, cloud).

- A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or ML (optional).

- Experience leading AI projects or contributing to open-source initiatives.
