Newgen Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the Newgen IBPS / ONE platform.

- Implement and customize workflows, document management systems (DMS), and form-based solutions.

- Integrate Newgen ONE APIs to support business logic across workflows, queue management, and forms.

- Utilize OmniDocs advanced features including versioning, document workflows, and content lifecycle management.

- Collaborate with DevOps to manage deployments using Newgen Deployment Manager and Jenkins build pipelines.

- Ensure technical solutions are aligned with ECM, BPM, and case management best practices.

- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the planning, development, testing, and release cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of overall IT experience.

- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with the Newgen IBPS / ONE platform.

- 12 years of independent implementation experience on end-to-end Newgen ONE projects.

- Strong command of Java and experience with RESTful web services.

- In-depth understanding of Newgen ONE APIs (workflow, DMS, forms, queue management).

- Proficient with OmniDocs and its advanced functionalities.

- Working experience with Jenkins and Newgen Deployment Manager.

- Good grasp of Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Newgen ONE Platform Certification.

- Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation or workflow modernization projects.

- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) in context of Newgen applications.
