Role Overview :

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical anchor for high-impact engineering initiatives, driving the design and implementation of robust, scalable systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the reliability and performance of our observability platform, ensuring that our global customer base can depend on our tools to maintain their critical digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Java to ensure the platform remains responsive under heavy load.

- Design and maintain scalable distributed systems that handle massive data ingestion and processing requirements for our global user base.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from system design and code reviews to deployment, ensuring high standards of code quality and maintainability.

- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Kubernetes to improve resource efficiency and system reliability.

- Enhance the user experience by building intuitive interfaces with React and efficient data fetching layers using GraphQL.

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning.

- Streamline development workflows by implementing and refining CI/CD pipelines to accelerate feature delivery without compromising stability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling distributed systems and microservices architectures in a production environment.

- Proficiency in backend development using Go, combined with frontend experience in React and GraphQL.

- Strong operational knowledge of cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS, and container orchestration using Kubernetes.

- Ability to manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.

- Proven track record of providing technical leadership, conducting rigorous code reviews, and mentoring engineering teams to achieve collective goals.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A minimum of 9 to 15 years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on high-scale systems.
