Description :
- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
- Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Working experience with 802.1x, Radius, TACACS+, firewalls, security policies, access lists.
- Expert level knowledge in Load balancing solutions.
- Expert level knowledge of analyzing packet captures Protocol analysis (wire shark/Chrome Dev tools).
- Experience working with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS or GCP or Azure).
- Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
- Arranging scheduled upgrades.
- Investigating faults in the network.
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
- Reporting network status to key stakeholders.

- Windows Active Directory
- DHCP / DNS / WINS /IIS/ VPN / SQL /FTP
- Centralized Antivirus knowledge.
- Knowledge of local and remote computer system diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of G Suite, office 365 like Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, security permissions.
- Expertise in VM Ware/Virtualization
- Should be a very good team player, collaborative, self-learner, and self-motivated.
- A good understanding of English and good communication skills is a must.
- Should have customer handling skills.
- Support administrative tasks as and when required
