DailyRounds is a healthcare startup focused on organizing Knowledge of practice of Medicine and building a community of Doctors (and healthcare professionals). We hold the largest IP (intellectual property) in clinical medicine in India. We hope to put this IP, network, and our best efforts to help Doctors improve how they diagnose and treat. We are a diverse team of 300 people based in Bangalore.

In April 2019, M3 India, the Indian subsidiary of Japanese Healthtech company M3 (one of the largest healthcare networks globally, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange), picked up a majority stake in DailyRounds to foray into case-based problem-solving, community platform, and medical test preparation business in India.

What Youll Do :

- Conduct both manual and automation-based functional, regression, and integration testing on Android, iOS, and web applications to ensure compliance with requirements and quality standards.

- Write, revise, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for both mobile and web platforms based on product requirements.

- Take ownership of application quality across Android, iOS, and web platforms throughout the sprint lifecycle.

- Participate in product design and requirement reviews, offering insights on functionality, usability, and testability.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development) to identify gaps, improve test coverage, and align on quality goals.

- Utilize tools like Charles Proxy, ADB, and JIRA for debugging, monitoring, and issue tracking.

- Investigate and troubleshoot production or test issues using tools such as Firebase and Mixpanel to support real-time debugging and analytics validation.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts for regression testing using tools like Appium and Playwright to streamline testing processes.

- Proactively contribute to process improvements, including enhancing test methodologies, documentation practices, and reporting standards.

- Stay updated with the latest QA tools, trends, and best practices, and apply them to ensure efficient and effective testing strategies.

What Were Looking For :

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in writing detailed manual test cases, creating test plans, and executing end-to-end testing activities.

- Strong understanding of software quality assurance standards, practices, and methodologies.

- Deep understanding of how mobile applications work, including platform-specific behaviors and constraints.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to validate product quality against functional and non-functional requirements.

- Must have demonstrated hands-on experience in Functional (System, regression, smoke) and non-functional (performance /stress/load) testing.

- Strong expertise in using Charles Proxy and Android Studio for testing and debugging mobile applications.

- Highly adaptable self-starter with great attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or Zephyr is a plus
