QA Engineer is responsible to certify the quality of the software products used by our clients. They are typically web applications that require manual and automation testing for functionality and performance.

This is done through formulating effective test case, test plan; maintaining them and executing them. Good interpersonal skills are required for effective communication with the Business and Development teams.

Technical Skills :

The AI/ML Tester ensures that machine learning and AI models deliver accurate, fair, and reliable outcomes.

The role involves validating model behavior, testing data quality, and ensuring compliance with responsible AI principles throughout the ML lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute test strategies for AI/ML models, including data, training, and prediction validation.

- Verify model accuracy, performance, and fairness against defined acceptance criteria.

- Perform data quality and feature validation checks.

- Automate model validation and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor deployed models for drift, performance degradation, and anomalies.

- Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps, and QA teams for continuous validation and improvement.

Minimum Experience : 4 Years and above.
